上海更新学校是更新教育集团旗下的一所非营利性质的民办双语学校。自2015年建校以来,我们已经不断发展壮大成超过四百名学生的更新大家庭。

我们为那些希望得到中西方文化相结合的教育及注重品格成长的中国学生家庭提供了全面综合性的双语教学。我们不仅努力提升学生的学术能力,且关注学生的生命成长和品格发展,致力于培养中国未来有学识、品格、才干的领导者,并努力推动中国家庭关系成长,提升家庭、社群的幸福和谐。

Transformation Academy of Shanghai (TAS) is a non-profit private bilingual school owned by Transformation Education Group. From our foundation in 2015, we have witnessed the development of the school into an institution that now serves more than four hundred students.

We provide a comprehensive bilingual education for Chinese families who want a combination of Chinese and Western cultures with a focus on character growth. TAS not only strives to improve the academic ability of students, but also pays attention to the growth and character development of students. We are committed to cultivating knowledge, character, and talent in future leaders of China, and we strive to promote the growth of Chinese family relations and enhance the harmonious function of families and communities.

心理专栏 Psychology

在社会焦虑化的大环境中,由于孩子天生的敏感性,身处其中的家长很难不把这样的焦虑传递给孩子。在这种环境里长大的孩子,情绪也较容易处在一个不稳定的状态。

更新学校特别关注孩子的心理健康,我们希望孩子在身心灵各个层面都能健康成长。我们期望在更新成长的孩子们能够客观认识自我,不断接纳自己和完善自己。我们希望能够帮助他们学会与人相处,能正确、恰当地表达自己,具有良好的沟通能力和情绪管理能力。

在每个孩子成长的过程中,无论处在一个怎样快乐学习的环境中,他们都一定会遇到受挫的时候。我们希望通过日常生活中生命影响生命的力量,让孩子们知道怎样调节自己来面对挫折。

In a socially anxious environment, due to children’s natural sensitivity, it is difficult for parents not to pass on anxiety to their children. Children who grow up in an anxious environment are more likely to be emotionally unstable.

TAS pays attention to children’s mental health. We hope that children can grow up healthily at all levels of body, mind, and soul. We hope that the children who are growing up at TAS will be able to objectively understand themselves and accept and improve themselves. We hope to help them learn to get along with others, express themselves correctly and appropriately, and have good communication skills and emotional management skills.

As each child grows up, no matter what a happy learning environment they are in, they will encounter frustration. We hope to let children know how to adjust themselves to face setbacks in a healthy way.
