食品安全教育活动 Food Safety Education Event

 

更新学校一年级的同学们于11月27日前往宿予民宿参加了一堂别开生面的食育课程。他们先观看学习了水稻的生长,接着前往水稻田,近距离观察并参与了收割、晾晒、筛种、研磨米浆、糙米去壳。孩子们在对农业产生浓厚兴趣的同时感受到了耕作的辛劳,明白了食物的来之不易。这正契合我们学校所倡导的目标:培养具有国际化视野,传统文化根基的服务型领导者。

G1 students of TAS went to SUYU for a spectacular food education course on Nov. 27th. First, they watched and learned the growth of rice paddy. Then, they went to the field, observed and participated in collecting, sun-drying, filtrating, grinding, and shelling. The students understood the hard work of farming and the preciousness of food with the growth of their interest in agriculture. The activity really fit our goal: to cultivate servant leaders who are equipped with both international and traditional cultural experiences.
